There are a lot of new housing developments going up around Cornwall. Some have been around for a year or two, many more are yet to be built; but they all have a basic garden which all seem to look the same.
It’s nice to make your outdoor space a bit more personal.
In this particular garden, they wanted it to be a more family friendly space; instead of all the grass becoming muddy and churned up over the winter months she wanted to extend the patio area for the two children to play on.
Initially the plan was to lay a patio all the way up to the shed. However; there’s a lot of concrete left under the turf around the drain, which was much higher than the level of the patio. So we decided to treat the children to their very own sand pit!
