Quite often new housing developments just need a few tweaks to make it a home. Here we extended the patio area, put up a fence to join two existing fences and built up another dry stone wall- again, an extension of what had already been put in.
The land sloped drastically into the bottom corner, so a retaining wall was built before extending the patio.

Family friendly back garden
Here is a example of artificial grass being laid, after drastically reducing the slope of this garden. Now it is ideal for tables and chairs, and football!
